This message is not for the blockers of progress, the bullies in the playground, though they should take heed.
This message is for the most vulnerable, the developing countries, and for civil society; the citizens of the world whoe futures are being played with in these halls.
NO FINANCE?
NO CUTS?
NO HUMANITY?
NO JUSTICE?
NO DEAL.
